Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• It must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
• Clearance, final sale, or promotional items (unless defective).
• Gift cards.
• Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened, where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item is defective.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
